At Check Point, our employees are redefining the security landscape by meeting our customers' real-time needs and providing our cutting-edge technologies and services to an ever-growing customer base.If you want to make the world a safer place – you belong with us.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for daily customer management and interactionAbility to coordinate multiple projects and lead service delivery milestonesProvide single source of contact with customer expectations and deliverablesWork with a global dynamic team in real timeCoordinate the use of Managed Detection Response solutions and Incident Response servicesCreation of detailed incident report generation for customer eventsCreation of reports and daily activities for engagements and incidentsDirectly work with customers/executives to define project requirementsWork within a team environment to meet service delivery standardsQualificationsUnderstanding of Incident Response lifecycle and cyber-security frameworks2-5 years of project management experience2-5 years of experience in a SOC environment and/or Incident Response role2-5 years of hands-on systems administration and/or optimization experience2-5 years of experience in customer communications (support/investigation/consulting)Demonstrated advanced technical writing experience in English languageAbility to work with minimal instruction or supervisionDomestic and International travel may be requiredAbility to speak additional languages beyond English is a plus (Spanish, Italian, French, German, Hebrew) Don't meet every requirement?
