Our proprietary platform is used by patients, leading medical aesthetic brands, and recognized healthcare professionals worldwide, establishing us as the market leader.About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help implement, educate, and train our new and existing clients on all aspects of our SaaS platform.Responsibilities:Provide mentorship and guidance through demonstrable knowledge of the Crisalix platform solutions by acting as a consultant to the client.Encourage refresher training and training on new functionalities to ensure the client is getting the optimum use from the platform capabilities.Constantly train on best practices.Adapt your teaching speed to the client's understanding pace.Identify client concerns or additional commercial opportunities to address with the sales team.Ensure the client has access to all online learning resources.Manage customer retention.Escalate information and feedback from users to the marketing and development team.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of experience in Tech Support or Sales within a B2B SaaS or software company.Fluent/native in spoken and written Spanish, with a good level of English (B1+).Excellent judgment with consultative, problem-solving, and escalation resolution skills.Strong customer support focus and ability to convey knowledge to clients with varying technical expertise.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Strongly sales-oriented with a hands-on personality.Organized and enthusiastic with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in B2B and luxury/niche B2C companies or the aesthetic/medical field.Empathy and patience with a strong desire to provide excellent training and support.Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality.Is this role not an exact fit?
