About the Position
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow our North American Market. You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges, and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert.Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.Be a growth driver by identifying upsell opportunities.Collect feedback and analyze the learners' experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance.You will love this job if you Are fluent or bilingual in English.Have a passion for Customer Success.Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and adapt easily to change.Are organized, methodical, and able to adapt as the projects are varied.Have good analytical skills.Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow-up to meet customer expectations.Are a committed team player who values diversity and knowledge sharing in a fast, growing, and respectful work environment.Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus!
