Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsAnimate, grow and optimize campaigns from client's portfolioMake sure that the content of the campaigns respects our policiesNegotiate payouts and campaign conditionsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accountsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of the campaigns according to customer needs and objectivesProvide onboarding guidance and support to new and existing customersManage along the company's online and offline help and support channels as customers may requireCollect customer feedback and identify opportunitiesCollect and document success stories, quotes and key use cases from customersThe profileWe are looking for a person who is oriented to the service, proactive and with analytical skills and excellent sales skills.
This position requires good organisational skills and the ability to operate multi tasks.
You like customer relations and negotiation (calls, meetings, videoconferencing).
Excellent oral and written skills are necessary.
Experience in the industry and with customers for at least 1 year. Sales experience is a plus.
French is your mother tongue.
