Your main responsibilities are: Represent with excellence the Kenjo mission and vision to our clients by supporting them in an end-to-end implementation by carrying guided onboardings. Go-to Techie advising our customers on software implementations and upscales to maximise the use of our platform features to enable them to have the best possible impact by using Kenjo. Listen actively to our clients' needs and use that knowledge to identify potential upselling opportunities in order to deliver the best customer experience, and independently conducting customer programs (e.G. webinars). Maintaining, developing and implementing cross-departmental initiatives & projects (e.G. Automation of processes, Implementation team Hiring Plan, CX Marketing collaboration, etc.). Monitor and improve customer success KPIs, and work together with the Customer Support team to help them improve processes and scalability. Owning the relationship with your customers and always having an eye on their interests. Implementation of guided onboardings in the SME sector. Can you be the next Kenjonita? To be successful at this position, we think you should: Full proficiency in German & English. You have experience in the Customer Success or Account or Project Management area. You enjoy the challenge and excel when conducting software implementations. Working with people is your passion and you always strive to fully understand your stakeholders. You excel at communicating complex processes in a simple way. Providing excellent user experiences and service to clients is a second nature to you.
