Senior-level experience in customer success or a related field, preferably within E-Commerce or DTC. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. Familiarity with CET time zone operations and flexibility to work 30-40 hours per week.
