Job Overview As we are dedicated to delivering exceptional value and driving success to our clients, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will project-manage our clients' multichannel campaigns, working closely with various internal teams to deliver a seamless experience, and fostering long-term relationships that enhance retention and customer satisfaction. As this role involves working as a freelancer, you should have your own company and invoice us accordingly. We understand that job-hunting can be stressful, and we seek to make the recruitment process as easy and transparent as possible. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects and campaigns that balance the needs of the customer with Brightvision's objectives, whilst monitoring profitability, performance, and delivering an unrivalled CX . Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Understand and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to tailor outbound marketing efforts. Plan and deliver profitable multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals. Create, amend, and develop prospect data lists to optimize outreach and engagement strategies. Manage and monitor the performance of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve campaign objectives. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve client success initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and client deliverables. Drive client retention and renewal strategies, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing methodologies, and best practices to enhance client strategies. Ideal Candidate Profile: You have previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing/Inside Sales. Previous experience working in marketing agencies Strong background in digital marketing and project management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions. Leadership experience of a few years. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven experience in customer success, preferably within the tech industry. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). In-depth understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and outbound multi-channel marketing methodologies. Experience in creating and managing prospect data lists.
