About UsWe are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join an e-learning start-up based in Barcelona. By joining this project, as one of the early members of the team and reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with him in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with great career development opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesActing as the primary contact for customers.Building a relationship of trust with existing and new customers, responding to their comments and proactively communicating with them.Supporting onboarding of new customers and ensuring successful navigation on the platform.Ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction through regular analysis of both the platform and CRM (Hubspot).Advocating for customer needs by capturing and sharing feedback with the different teams (Product, Marketing, Sales).Identifying areas for improvement of the e-learning solution and implementing strategies to increase sales based on the information gathered.Collaborating closely with other teams to identify new business opportunities and lead conversion.RequirementsPrevious customer relationship experience in Customer Success or Sales roles in B2B and/or B2C environments.Understanding of the CRM (Hubspot).Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills.Spanish as mother tongue and fluent in English.BenefitsSalary depending on experience.Private Health Insurance.Tickets restaurant.Stock option plan (separate agreement).Mobile phone subscription.Annual leave in accordance with Spanish law.Hybrid working model.Offices in a dynamic coworking space with a vibrant agenda of free activities such as networking events, business talks, language exchange, afterworks, and a large variety of sports activities and gym.We will contact you very soon!
