Position Summary Given our business model, where our customers pay based on consumables and digital adoption, Customer Success is vital to our long-term success and profitability.
We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving massive value from our service.
As such, we need a senior professional to drive success for our customers.
This role includes responsibilities for Customer Success activities (e.g., orchestrating onboarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.)
and outcomes (e.g., renewals, up-sell, etc.)
for the entire Straumann product portfolio.
Responsibilities This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: The Customer Success Manager is responsible for helping a department or company increase sales for both short term and long term, and ultimately increase the company market share.
He/she works to increase a company's revenues by penetrating the Straumann Group portfolio within the agreed customer base and successfully driving assigned growth projects.
Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and organizational skills, proven marketing and sales skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills, ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in non-technical language; proven track record for maintaining sustainable relationships with consistent growth results, vast knowledge in financial institution procedures and policies, superb research skills, proven leadership skills, cultural awareness to support international teams, and ability to keep up with technologies and networking trends.
Marketing a company's products or services to prospective businesses and high-net-worth clients, identifying opportunities for marketing services offered by the company; performing administrative follow-ups to resolve customer problems, meeting with specialists to discuss technical products, liaising with the available Customer Solution Experts and DSO Head to strategically develop the assigned customer base, researching potential client's portfolio and industry to be prepared in negotiations, forecasting business cases, and building business-to-business partnerships with clients, among others.
Minimum Qualifications Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
Bachelor's degree in business development, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management.
10 or more years of sales experience with two to three years of Key Account management experience or on the procurement side of health insurances.
Health industry, dental, or medical device experience preferred with emphasis on digital adoption.
Proven experience and successes in a customer-facing role including interaction with customer senior management.
You have a customer-centric attitude with excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
You have demonstrated strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and make decisions based on market and customer trends.
Willingness to travel > 50% of your time.
Excellent oral and written communication, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organizational and project management skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands Remote working possible, with office accessibility in Madrid.
