We are looking for
A driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients Onboard new corporate clients to ensure they are fully operational Craft high-level onboarding documentation such as user guides, videos, and training materials Identify client growth opportunities and achieve upselling targets Monitor and report existing and potential threats to help maintain our 0% churn rate Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead Work with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth Your basic qualifications Fluent in English and German 1+ year experience in a B2B account management/customer success role Hunger: you are eager to learn and face challenges Proactivity: you propose value-creating solutions and embrace mistakes as learning opportunities Flexibility: you thrive in a fast-changing environment with uncertainties We are also interested in Previous experience in fast-growing start-ups Any additional language is a plus Our offer
