Keonn is a manufacturer of RFID hardware and software products for different sectors, like retail, healthcare, libraries, industry, and logistics.
We provide RFID systems mainly for the retail and healthcare sectors, as well as RFID UHF components, like antennas, multiplexers, and readers for any industry.
Keonn's team is comprised of experienced engineers and PhDs with deep knowledge in fields like radiofrequency, antennas, electronics, firmware, and cloud-based software.
Job position Customer Success Engineer
Customer Success Engineer helps to ensure customer satisfaction and health, as well as strengthening the ongoing relationship with customers by providing top-quality technical services. The Customer Success Engineer is expected to ensure customer renewals and to increase sales for existing customers.
Responsibilities Accountability for ongoing value delivered through successful implementation.
Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including onboarding, methodology consultancy, and best practices.
Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
Serve as the key liaison for sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management.
Setup customer's cloud environment to match their needs.
Travel to customer premises to ensure successful RFID PoC.
Act as the voice of the customer within the company.
Qualifications Demonstrable 1+ years experience in customer-facing roles in a tech company.
Highly interested in the Retail sector.
Problem-solving capacity to find customer solutions with a strong customer focus.
Knowledge of computer networking and a clear understanding of IP networks.
Knowledge and experience in RFID technology is a big plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are a resident of the EU or are in possession of an EU working permit.
Willing to travel.
