This requires a good understanding of the solution by all impacted stakeholders and adoption of the principle of sustainable procurement, on all levels of our customers' procurement organization. The Customer Success team manages the strategic deployment and account management of the EcoVadis solution with our customers.Your primary responsibility is to act as a facilitator of your customers' successful program implementation and to accompany them to solidly adjust their existing processes to reflect an enhanced perspective of sustainable and impactful business outcomes. Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):Empower customers on their program implementation,Assisting with creating powerful communication to internal stakeholders (buyers) and suppliersHelping them identify appropriate actions towards their target achievementDelivering training sessions for relevant customer stakeholders (buyers)Answering clients' operational questions via email or callAssisting them on how to embed the program into existing processesEnable customers to:Monitor their performance and progress through relevant program KPIsReach their pre-defined strategic goals through operational excellenceIncrease the adoption of the subscribed solution(s) amongst the clients' stakeholder communityManage enablement of stakeholders with regards to program, strategic goals and operational implementationRepresent the customer voice within EcoVadis to adapt tools & processes to customer needsCreate models to answer current business questions; validate and understandthe conclusionsTeamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis services and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere#J-18808-Ljbffr
