EcoVadis is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator, driven by sustainability, to join our Southern Europe team in Barcelona. You will manage the success of EcoVadis' customers and inspire them to create sustainable impact.
Your primary responsibility is to facilitate your customers' successful program implementation and help them adjust their existing processes to reflect sustainable and impactful business outcomes. Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):
Empower customers on their program implementation.Assist with creating powerful communication to internal stakeholders (buyers) and suppliers.Help customers identify appropriate actions towards their target achievement.Deliver training sessions for relevant customer stakeholders (buyers).Enable customers to monitor their performance and progress through relevant program KPIs.Help customers reach their pre-defined strategic goals through operational excellence.Increase the adoption of the subscribed solution(s) amongst the clients' stakeholder community.Manage enablement of stakeholders regarding program, strategic goals, and operational implementation.Assist customers in utilizing the customization options of their solution.Represent the customer voice within EcoVadis to adapt tools and processes to customer needs.Create models to answer current business questions; validate and understand the conclusions.Contribute to the development of EcoVadis services and maintain a positive atmosphere.Minimum Requirements: 2+ years successful customer support experience with large accounts in a fast-paced environment.Preferably Bachelor's degree with a focus on sustainability, supply chain, or business.Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.Fluency in French and German is required.Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong Excel skills and ability to summarize data into insights for customer presentations.Proficiency in G-Suite applications and familiarity with Salesforce or Wrike is a plus.Confidence to work independently and manage time effectively.Knowledge of procurement systems and/or SaaS solutions is an asset but not essential.Location: Barcelona
