Key Responsibilities: Handle calls from dispatchers and drivers related to malfunctioning items in the parking area, opening doors, and connectivity issues.Assist dispatchers and drivers with parking space planning and reservations via the web portal and app.Deliver exceptional customer service to all users of the Bosch Secure Truck Parking platform.Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints from customers in a professional and timely manner.Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience and service offerings.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions.Requisitos: High level of English and Spanish (C1).Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using web-based platforms and applications.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.¿Qué ofrecemos? Monday to Friday. 39 hours week (00-08h).Contract Type: ETT - Temporary (4 months) with potential to become permanent.Salary:Base Salary: €16,983.40.Language Bonus: €1,478.28.Teleworking Bonus: €1.26 per day when applicable.Night Shift Bonus: €1.85 per hour for work between 22:00 and 06:00.
