By taking care of every step of their transition and integration, we make sure they never miss a beat by making it quicker and easier to find housing, help with legal procedures to get their visa, TIE, health insurance and much more.Our vision is clear - to take care of the basics so that they can focus on their studies, social live and networking!Tareas- Management, tracking and delivery of all orders placed, by submitting activity and results reports- Provide immediate and high quality customer service through digital and face-to-face means.- Support administrative and operational activities- Support additional research, community organizing and campaign activities.- Relationship and dialogue with service providers and analysis of opportunities and update and redesign of offerings.Requisitos- A high level of English and Spanish is required, C1- Experience and knowledge of sales strategy and meeting sales goals- Strong organizational, analytical and communications skills- Experience working with Excel spreadsheets, Google Drive, CRM and/or databases- A flexible can-do attitude to be able to work in a fast paced environment.Beneficios- Indefinite full-time contract- On-site work 32,5h. and flexible remote work 7,5h. 40 hours per week.- Possibility of growth.We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and passionate person for our Hosting Services department.
