We have an immediate opening for a customer service superstar that can handle customer inquiries and concerns with genuine compassion and positivity.
This is a temporary position for the high season between November and January.

About You: Naturally patient and kind Have genuine empathy with people A team player and able to take direction Love solving problems and helping people Treat customers well not because you have to, but because it is the right thing to do A self-starter and can work on your own with minimum supervision Capable of remaining calm and efficient under stress - we receive a lot of emails and inquiries during the holiday season What you will do: Answer all customer emails and inquiries Respond in a kind, personal, warm way Track orders, keep customers updated and quickly resolve any issues with orders Ensure customers are fully satisfied Provide new ideas and feedback to improve our customer service processes Why you should apply with us?

Every month, you'll learn new skills in several areas including but not limited to: Online marketing, copywriting, human resources, customer service, time management, even neuroscience, and much more.

Requirements: Bachelor degree in communication/human resources/marketing/business Proficient in MS Word, Google Docs, email, grammar Proficient in English and Spanish Benefits/Compensation: Restaurant Card Full time pay, 7 hours a day Salary negotiable How to Apply: Please send your resume and salary requirements.
