Position: Customer Service Specialist (Maternity leave)
Main Purpose of Job Customer Service – Order Entry, Inventory Management and field support.
Key Responsibilities Primary Objectives Customer Satisfaction
Operational Excellence
Ensure all PO and non-PO orders are processed accordingly.
Adhere to procedures.
Top Responsibilities Order processing and follow-through on order fulfillment.
Promptly address customer and sales force queries on processed and in-process orders.
Monitor consignment stock levels and coordinate/follow up stock counts.
Compliance with local/Corporate policies and procedures.
Inventory management.
Main Competences Ability to deal with complaints tactfully, calmly, and politely.
Team player.
Ability to overcome obstacles.
Quality commitment.

Minimum Requirements: Skills and Experience High school degree – preferred 2 years post high school experience.
Proficient in Order Processing software and Microsoft Word.
Superior customer-oriented telephone skills.
Basic product and cath lab processes knowledge.
Efficient record-keeping skills.
English - B2 level.
