We are actively seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Headquarters in Sant Quirze del Vallès. It is essential to maintain a high level of relationship with both national and international customers and distributors, ensuring their complete satisfaction regarding response time to inquiries and the management of their orders. The role will ensure excellent service throughout the entire order process, from receipt to final delivery, collaborating efficiently with the various departments involved (Procurement, Assembly, Technical Service, Quality, Sales, and Logistics). Which will be your responsabilities? Follow up with low-order customers through calls, focusing on those not purchasing supplies or through Ecommerce. Manage orders from national customers, directly or through agents, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Respond to inquiries in CS, Ecommerce, and B2C channels (order status, claims, invoice requests, product inquiries, stock availability). Resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and effective solutions. Proactively follow up on orders, informing customers of any delays or issues affecting delivery. Provide tailored recommendations or alternatives based on customer needs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Finance, Quality, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations. Manage invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. What do you need to be a succesful candidate? A minimum of 5 years experience in telephone customer support, order management, and issue resolution. A person with a strong commercial focus, customer orientation, and a deep commitment to business growth and company success, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving. Academic background: Higher Vocational Degree in Administration or Higher-Level Administrative Degree. Adaptable, persistent, and able to thrive in fast-changing environments. Versatile, proactive, and highly adaptable. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, and a natural ability to build rapport with others. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
