As a Customer Service Specialist at Ordermate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients. This is a full-time position, that can be remote, or based from our office in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, and involves handling a variety of customer inquiries and concerns across multiple communication channels. What you'll be doing Promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat Providing accurate information and effective solutions to customer problems Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system. Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams Continuously learning about Ordermate's products and services to enhance your product knowledge Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures What we're looking for 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role. Experience with Point of Sale (P.O.S), and the hospitality industry would be highly regarded. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Proficient in using various customer service tools and technologies. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, across different time zones.
