What you will do in this role Mainly handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post sales requestsHandle outbound calls when necessary to solve issues with customers and different internal business unitsQuote creation and follow up with cross selling / up selling and a proactive and service attitudeEnsure personal knowledge of the Store portfolio and Post sales processes are maintainedInitiate & manage Customer post sales related tasks; covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalationsYour qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
