If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Sales Representative in Barcelona (on-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in the fashion industry.
What you will do in this role Take incoming customer calls from boutiques and shops and solve users' demands.Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.Your qualifications Proficient or bilingual level of Portuguese, and advanced level of Spanish.Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail.Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc).Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads.Effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.Exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills.Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office.Don't meet every requirement?
