Descripción del empleo Job Title: Customer Service Sales Representative (Italian-Speaking) – On Site – High Tech Industry HS03

As a Customer Service Sales Representative in Barcelona (On-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech.
What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will:
Handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post sales requests.
Handle outbound calls when necessary to solve issues with customers and different internal business units.
Create quotes and follow up with cross-selling/up-selling with a proactive service attitude.
Maintain personal knowledge of the Store portfolio and Post sales processes.
Initiate & manage Customer post sales related tasks; covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow-up, refund requests, and escalations.

Have a proficient or bilingual level of Italian and intermediate English.
Have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Have strong communication, customer-facing, and customer care skills.
Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc).
Are achievement and target-oriented, customer-driven, and motivated to work in sales.
Have IT knowledge and technical understanding.
Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.

Full Time 39 hours/week, temporary contract until January 2025: Monday to Friday, from 9:00-18:00.
Salary: 19,000 euros gross/year up to 2,000 euros gross/year.
