As a Customer Service Sales Representative on our team, you will: Take incoming customer and boutique calls and solve users' demands. Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA. Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers. Ensure contractual SLA is maintained. Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced level of English. Have minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail. Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc). Are Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads. Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs. Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills.
