Your natural talent to help others and go beyond WOW for our customers will fit right in with what we do and who we are.Concentrix is a great match if you:Have a proficient or bilingual level of French, and advanced level of English.Have a minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail.Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc).Are Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads.Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills.Have working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
