David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Service & Sales Representative (Belgian Market) for their Barcelona office.

Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached. Place outbound calls when required. Quote creation and follow up. Use upselling/cross-selling techniques to maximise revenue. Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success. Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained. Track on stock availability. Cross language backup if needed. Answer and deal with customer post sales requests. Solve status queries. REQUIREMENTS Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of French will be considered as an advantage. Minimum of 1-year relevant experience. Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.
). Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding. Outstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuade. Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations. Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner. Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
