What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Sales Representative in our team, you will:
Mainly handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post sales requestsHandle outbound calls when necessary to solve issues with customers and different internal business unitsQuote creation and follow up with cross selling / up selling and a proactive and service attitudeEnsure personal knowledge of the Store portfolio and Post sales process's are maintainedInitiate & manage Customer post sales related tasks; covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalationsYour qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch & English & FrenchHave, minimum, 1-year relevant experienceHave strong communication, customer facing and customer care skillsHave knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc)Are achievement and target oriented, customer driven and motivated to work in salesHave IT knowledge and technical understandingHave real capability to listen to customersCan conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needsDon't meet every requirement?
