Job Description Only applicants with Business to Business customer service and sales support experience need apply.
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and sales support.
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
We are looking for an experienced bilingual B2B Customer Service and Sales Support specialist who is positive, hard working, detail oriented, and takes pride in their work.
The position's focus will be to support customers as well as our own sales team by coordinating incoming orders with the production department, tracking shipments, resolving customer complaints, preparing quotations, and preparing/submitting RFQ's and bid proposals.
Job SummaryResponsibilitiesCall existing customers that have not purchased for an extended period of time to ensure that they don't run out of product.Forward incoming leads (phone/website) to Sales Managers for follow up and closing.Identify public bids that are relevant to the company's products, and prepare and submit compliant bids to gain new municipal/state/federal contracts.Review existing contracts to ensure that the company remains in compliance with customer requirements.Prepare and submit proposals.
Generate written quotations.Track open purchase orders.Perform follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction.Provide excellent customer service.Support sales team as needed to ensure growth of the company's customer base, and maintenance of existing customers.Must be attentive to detail in all activities.SkillsMeticulous attention to detail in all daily duties.Ability to juggle multiple projects while still remaining extremely organized.Self-management of time and priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear articulation and the ability to assist customers in resolving any issues by acting as an intermediary with relevant departments.Excellent computer skills, well versed in the use of MS Office and Adobe products.Self-driven.Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish.Experience and QualificationsAt least 2 years' experience in a B2B customer service and sales support role.Minimum Bachelor's Degree is required.Fluent in English/Spanish.Applicants with experience in Water Treatment will be given stronger consideration.Job TypeFull-time
