Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client? Start date: ASAP Contract:?Temporary for sick leave (2- Weeks probation period) Full time:?(39 hours/week) Working days/Hours:? Monday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Tuesday, from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM; and Wednesday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
