Our client is an outsourcing company (call center) looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading team in the entertainment (theme park). In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, helping to resolve customer needs while providing exceptional service.
TasksYou will receive incoming customer calls through phone, email, chat, and other platforms.You will resolve customer inquiries and demands quickly, efficiently, and professionally.You will provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of the users.You will maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.RequirementsYou have a native level of Dutch.You have a fluent level of English.BenefitsYou will have a permanent contract.Salary: €22,000 per year + bonus of up to €2,000.Growth opportunities.Start date: 20th January 2025.
