Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional wayYou can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyze their problems and offer them individual solutionsOffering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social mediaDeveloping a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our clientEmbrace our company values and act as a brand ambassadorRequirementsWhat skills & experience will you bring to us?
