Customer Service Representative (Nottingham Office Based)8am-5pm Monday to Friday - this role is office based - NOT REMOTE
The Role of Customer Service RepresentativeAs a Customer Services Representative, you will be based out of our clients' vibrant offices in Nottingham. You will work with a dynamic, friendly team taking inbound calls dealing with an array of customer service inquiries. Tasks will include:
Dealing with invoice queriesHelping to resolve potential issuesLiaising with other departmentsUpdating the CRM systemDoing follow-upsYou will be in a fast-paced environment dealing with customers over the phone; therefore, we are looking for your customer service and relationship-building skills to build relationships with customers.
