Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands. Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA. Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers. Ensure contractual SLA is maintained. Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced English. Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment. Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs. Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution. Full time 39 hours/week temporary contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00. Salary starting at 18,400 euros gross/year + up to 1,200 euros gross/year in bonus. Great location in Barcelona.
