What you will do in this role Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat, other automated alerts) and solve users' demandsLog call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLAMaintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customersEscalate potential service issues initially with MentorFollow all the processes and procedures of the projectEnsure contractual SLA is maintainedYour Qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and Portuguese, and advanced level of EnglishHave good disposition to work in a customer service environmentHave customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needsCan take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolutionIt will be a plus if you have: - Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
