That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.What you will do in this roleTake incoming contacts (via telephone and email) and solve users' demandsLog call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLAMaintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual clientsUnderstand the customer profile and maintain appropriate communication in relation to itEnsure contractual SLA is maintainedAct as a Brand Ambassador for the company and their productsYour qualificationsProficient or bilingual in Spanish and advanced in EnglishGood disposition to work in a customer service environment and teamwork skillsCustomer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needsAbility to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate callsInitiative and availability to receive training and adaptation skillsProven expertise in client services regarding fashion or boutique experienceInterest and passion for fashion as well as knowledge of the latest fashion trendsProven expertise in E-commerce client service (after purchase)Knowledge of emotional intelligence that allows the agent to identify a customer's problem and solve it in an empathetic wayProven expertise in Payment Method platformsKnowledge in CRM softwareWhat's in it for youFull-time 39 hours/week Temporary contract: Mon-Fri 9-17H Sundays alternatedSalary 18.400 euros gross/year + up to 1
