We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative Reconciliation Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias.This position is integrated to the Customer Service Representative team but is really a finance-driven position .Key responsibilities:Manage customer accounts, including invoice creation and accounts receivable information in SAP.Communicate changes related to customer master data to the Sales team.Proactively follow up on late payments and coordinate dispute resolution with relevant departments.Process invoice corrections, price adjustments, and credit returns.Responsible for central billing accounting and reconciliation of related receivables.Send customers account balance confirmations.Ensure compliance with national and international financial regulations, tax, and accounting requirements.Key requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.Finance background: minimum of 2 years of experience in customer account management, reconciliation, and financial reporting.English: business proficiency is required.German: nice to have.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
