Do you want to work with helping people daily whileworkingin an upbeat and motivating environment?If your dream is living in an interesting country while getting international career experience, thenthis job in Malagamight be for you!Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Representative will be:Responsible for receiving and making calls/emailswith a committed and devoted approach.Communicate and providean efficient, polite, friendly and honest response to thequeries and requests from customersMaintain high quality service while adjusting and personalizing the support to every customer's needs.Write and design detailing reportsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:A native level of Norwegianand at least B2 level of English.Strong written and communicative skills: havinggood telephone communication skills and excellent listening skills and the ability to develop reportsBeing energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast paceCan responsibly and independently carry out customer service specialist dutiesHave good knowledge and experience of Microsoft and InternetHaving a valid work permit in Spain or an EU passport (required)Experience in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or Business-to-Business (B2B) environment is a plus but not necessaryWhat's in it for you?
