We are looking for:8 telephone agents native level of French with advanced level of English.2 telephone agents native level of German with advanced level of English.2 telephone agents native level of Portuguese with advanced level of English.Responsibilities:
Help to achieve production and quality targets in terms of customer service.Provide support to improve our customers' experience on a daily basis.Utilize advanced level of English to provide support when needed.Requirements:
Native level of French, Portuguese, or German.Advanced level of English to provide support when necessary.Good communication skills and people-oriented.Proactive and multitasking skills.Work experience in customer service will be an asset.Possession of NIE.Contract of 39h - indefinite contract.
Training and start of contract on 22 May.
