At KWS Vegetables Spain (Murcia or Almeria) we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless order management, efficient stock control, and exceptional customer support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with order processing systems such as Salesforce and SAP, a strong understanding of supply chain logistics, and the ability to be adaptable and versatile.
Key Responsibilities:Manage client orders through Salesforce and SAP to ensure accuracy and timely processing.Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries to clients.Oversee seed stock levels and manage purchasing orders with the Andijk facility headquarter in NL.Ensure accurate tracking and forecasting of inventory levels to meet client demand.Support the shipment of sample seeds between the R&D and marketing teams.Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure effective distribution and delivery schedules.Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays.Handle all financial transactions with clients, including payments, credits, and insurance management, as needed.Support the finance department in terms of handling all financial transactions with clients, to ensure a good functioning between client and company in this regard.Ensure compliance with finance policies and maintain accurate financial records.Support clients with post-sale processes by ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.Provide ongoing assistance for client inquiries and resolve customer-related issues promptly.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Manage client claims effectively, coordinating with relevant teams to provide timely resolutions.Ensure that all claims are documented, processed, and communicated to clients in an efficient and professional manner. Requirements:Experience with forecasting tools, Salesforce, and SAP for order processing and management.Background in logistics or supply chain management, with an understanding of stock control and purchasing processes.Strong financial acumen, with experience managing payments, credits, and insurance operations.Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
