Responsibilities:Processing of orders for the shipment of products to our clients, ensuring that they are processed correctly and on time.Order follow-up to ensure products are delivered within a suitable period and conditions, working with our logistics provider.Reverse logistics (returns).Maintain and improve the level of customer service; ensure high-quality service, quick response, and proactivity.Management of EDI message exchange and maintenance of the EDI customer Master, GLNs configuration, and incident resolutions.Work in coordination with the rest of the company's departments.Solution of incidents in orders (financial adjustments) and sending of invoices/payments through the different established channels.Other tasks or responsibilities as required.Any other duties as management may require.Company Overview: Hollister Incorporated is an independent, employee-owned company that develops, manufactures, and markets healthcare products worldwide.
