What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
Handle incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat or other automated alerts) and solve users' demandsLog call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLAMaintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customersEnsure contractual SLA is maintainedConcentrix is a great match if you: Are proficient or bilingual in Italian and advanced in SpanishHave good disposition to work in a customer service environmentHave customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needCan take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls as neededIt will be a plus if you have: - Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
