What about you?
Previous experience in a Contact Center / Business Center and/or face-to-face customer service Fluency in Italian Language Excellent telephone manners and ability to connect with customers to promote and offer solutions quickly Proficient level of English language, written and verbal Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to learn quickly Able to remain calm and diplomatic at all times Passionate about learning new things is key!

May provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems, and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers (including order expediting, stock queries, reporting, and stock rotation) May identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, including various key performance metrics Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required Other duties as assigned If you are interested in this role and have strong language skills in Italian, then please apply now.
