As our new Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a multicultural team who works closely with Sales representatives, from quotation creation until order booking/invoicing and follow up in SAP.
Your key responsibilities will be: Processing formal quotes in the public tender process and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical. Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of post-sales functions. Serving as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, logistic, installation planning, collections to resolve customer inquiries. Managing and coordinating the end-to-end customer experience by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes and compliance requirements. Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to management. Performing routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Native. Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated customer service focus. Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry. Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate. Strong problem-solving skills. Employing a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership. MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel. SAP/CRM experience preferred. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
