Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be: Supporting clients' activities by being the very first point of contact for their customers:Answering incoming queries from customersIdentifying issues and provide solutionsEnsuring high level of customer satisfactionBeing a team player and participate in the success of the team and project, e.g. provide cover for absent colleagues together with the team and attending regular team meetingsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of German and an advanced level of EnglishHaving knowledge about IT platforms, equipment and applications such as Windows/MS OfficeBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with peopleBeing a team player with high social competenceBeing energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Spain for an international career and life experienceWhat's in it for you?
