As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat, other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.Follow all the processes and procedures of the project.Your qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.

Are bilingual or fluent in German and have an advanced level of English.Have experience in Customer Service.Have an exceptionally polite manner - you'll be speaking to people all day from a variety of backgrounds.Are highly IT literate - you'll be working with a range of internal and external software packages.Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.Have the ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls.It will be a plus if you:Are a cycling enthusiast with in-depth knowledge of the sport and its unique insurance needs.Know your way around the mechanics of a bicycle.What's in it for youWe challenge conventions to deliver outcomes unimagined by creating customer experiences that go beyond WOW.
