What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
Take incoming user requestsSolve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledgeSolve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps like Soundtouch & Bose MusicMaintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to UsersProactively update customers with status and resolution progressConcentrix is a great match if you:Are proficient or bilingual in German and have an advanced level of EnglishHave excellent customer care skillsHave high IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music and Audiovisual productsAre Windows and Mac environment literateHave 1 year in a customer service environment, preferably technical supportHave excellent customer care knowledge and awarenessHave good communication and team skills, flexibility and stress resistanceIf you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
