If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (on-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in the fashion industry.
What you will do in this role: Take incoming customer calls from boutiques and shops and solve users' demands.Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.Your qualifications: Proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced level of English.Customer-driven with effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.Exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills.Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office.What's in it for you: Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Mon-Fri 09.00 to 18.00.Salary 18.400 euros gross/year + up to 1.200 euros gross/year in bonus.Central location in Barcelona.Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities.Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on.Career development programs, specialized courses.Concentrix is an equal opportunity employer.
