As our new Customer Service Representative - France, you will be part of a multicultural team who works closely with Sales representatives, from quotation creation until activation of maintenance service contracts in SAP.
Your key responsibilities will be: Responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and/or sales or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.Responds to and/or assists Agilent trade customers and internal customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration.Responsible for booking orders, upselling or cross-selling products and/or processing quotes.In a factory environment, order fulfillment activities may include monitoring inventories and coordination of delivery of factory products.Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated customer service focus.Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry.Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate.Strong problem-solving skills.Employing a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership.MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel.Other than great training opportunity, Agilent offers: A role among passionate colleagues, in a growth orientated and inclusive environment.Career development opportunities in an international company.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company.Company pension scheme.Private health care.Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
