Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:Native level of German with a proficient level of English
Previous experience in luxury Customer Service or the Hotel industry (min.
2 years)
Already based in Berlin
Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being able to quickly understand customers´ needs and empathise with them
Structured and well-organized way of working
Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
