We are currently looking for a proactive customer service representative for our location in Barcelona, Spain. In this position, you will be responsible for your own customer base. You are the main link between the internal customers (your colleagues) and the external customers. As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for your own customer base. You will gradually build up this customer base after your induction period. You will process the customer (order) requests and actively liaise with the planning department and customers to ensure that the operational performance runs as smoothly as possible. Careful administrative recording will also be part of the job, as well as preparing the invoices. You know better than anyone how to communicate with various customers and build up a valuable relationship. You strive for continuous improvement by thinking ahead and thinking along with the customer as much as possible. Your profile At least 5 years customer-oriented experience (B2B) Demonstrable experience in logistics Excellent command of the English and Spanish language.
