What will you do?
As a CSR , you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients.
This means your work will be essential in generating business opportunities and helping our team achieve its goals.
Here are some of your responsibilities: Initiating contact with potential Gradhoc clients and presenting our solutions.
Following up with leads and maintaining proactive communication.
Arranging meetings and appointments between clients and our sales team.
Responding to inquiries via phone and email, primarily in English ( French is a great plus! )
Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance our customer service strategy.

Requirements: What are we looking for?
At least two years of experience in customer service or a similar role within the software industry.
Fluent proficiency in English (spoken and written) – essential for communication with our international clients!
If you also know French, that's a big plus!
Exceptional communication skills and empathy to build strong relationships with clients.
Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Proactiveness and eagerness to learn – at Gradhoc and Cofrico, there's always room to grow.
